National Museum of Yaounde

Since 1972, the National Museum of Yaounde belongs to the Department of Cultural Conservation of the Cultural Affairs Head Office. This museum is the center of all public museums of Cameroon. At this time, it is located in a former ministerial residence on the road leading to the Yaounde Central Hospital close to the Ministry of Public Service and National Education. The National Museum of Yaounde will become an ecological museum.

Blackitude Museum

Blackitude Museum is an ethnographic museum in Yaounde, the museum project began in March 1998 from a commitment of its founding president Her Majesty Ngo Nab Fo I NANA Agnes Sunjio through her deep desire to save what remains of the artistic heritage in Cameroon. As a member of the royal family Bahouoc (Department of Nde in the western province of Cameroon), she carefully protected and preserved collections.


Cathedrale de la paix Is the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Yaounde. It is located in the city center of Yaounde , capital of Cameroon at the roundabout of the central station. In imposing architecture, and a large seating capacity, about 5000 faithful , it has an internal cross-shaped. After more than 50 years of existence, the construction of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Victories in Yaounde is not over yet.


The monument of reunification is located in Yaounde , capital of Cameroon. It was built in the early 1970s to celebrate the reunification of the country. It is the work of french Solomon Cameroonian sculptor Gedeon Mpando and Jesuit Father Engelbert Mveng. Image Map
